Annual Membership and Portal Access
As of 2/21/2021 we have migrated to AthenaHealth for integrated health records, billing, and our patient portal. Via this portal, you can log into a secure online account and view test results, request prescription refills, pay bills, email securely with our practice, and more. Please click on the link below to register for the portal.
For any invoices for dates of service prior to 2/22/2021 please call the office to arrange payment.
